Community Choice Energy (CCE) programs allow communities to choose where their energy comes from, determine the amount of renewable energy content, and establish electricity rates that are competitive with the electricity delivered by the local investor owned utility.

Since Community Choice Energy programs are democratically governed (Boards are made up of elected officials from member cities and counties), all their internal documents are available for review. You will find examples of energy contracts, technical studies, Joint Powers Authority agreements, and more on the CCE program websites.
